The business secretary of the Slobomir P University coordinates the activities and communication between the rector, the employed and third party. The business secretary is in charge of meeting organization at the University, preparation of the sessions of the University senate and leading the protocol, making records at the meetings. The business secretary enables development of the cooperation between the university and other institutions and organizations. According to the systematization of the jobs, he/she is in charge of monitoring and supply of the stationery, as well as the other jobs from the field on the request of the administrative manager and the rector of the University.
The business secretary of the University works at the campus in Doboj every work day from 8am to 4pm.
