Bilateral agreement with Spiru Haret university

Spiru Haret is the biggest private (acredited) university in Romania. It was founded in Bucharest in 1991.

This agreement covers academic cooperation between the two institutions, which includes teaching, scientific research, culture, IT and other forms of cooperation, as well as working on improving higher education.
