Slobomir P University organizes free training courses for teachers of music schools
Slobomir P University invites professors and teachers of music schools to take part in free courses that are organized in Slobomir, Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serb Republika, in the period from 1stMarch to 30thMay 2014.
The courses will be organized as it follows:
– March 4th 2014 – 10 a.m. – “Harmony on the piano”, lecturer prof. Mr. Svetisalav Bozic. Teacher Training of theoretical subjects in secondary music schools for the purpose of the practical harmony on the piano.
– March 10th 2014 – at 11 a.m. – “Harmonic accompaniment and harmonic development of hearing,” lecturers prof. Dr. Ivana Drobni and Tatjana Drobni, teaching training forinventing and successful implementation of the piano accompaniment in teaching solfeggio, interpretation aspects of piano accompaniment starting from setting harmonic basis at the beginning of music education till the end of high school, presentation of the elementary principles of reading from paper,giving instructions, that will lead to the development of reading skills, and simultaneous singing and playing of musical text, the skills of improvisation piano accompaniment development while preserving the harmonic logic of the original text.
– March 15th 2014 – 10 a.m. – “The importance of initial habits in the process of the piano development”, lecturer Aleksandra Radosavljevic. The aim of the seminar is to improve the quality of teaching the piano, both in the elementary music and in high school, as well as the exchange of teaching experience, with respect to the identified needs and the intentions in the development of primary and secondary education system. The seminar goal is also to give an opportunity to teachers to have a professional progress and to indicate the importance of the initial habits in the process of the piano development.
– March 29th 2014 – at 10 a.m. – “From the classroom to the scene,” a lecturer Aleksandar Radosavljevic. The aim of the seminar is to improve the quality of teaching piano in secondary music schools and the exchange of teaching experience. The seminar focus is on preparing students for public performances and upcoming competitions and improving teachers` work with students through public classes with distinctive teachers.
– April 28th 2014 – at 11 a.m. – “Development of singing techniques from the paper in high school,” lecturer prof. Dr. Ivana Drobni. The training of solfeggio teachers in secondary music schools in order to work on developing the skills of singing from the paper.
– May 9th 2014 – at 11 a.m. – “Piano Music of Russian romanticists”, lecturer prof. Mr. Jokuthon Mihaijlović. The seminar goal is to improve the quality of teaching piano in high school, as well as the exchange of teaching experience. With regard to the identified needs and intentions in the development of primary and secondary education system, the aim of the seminar is to enable professional progress of teachers too.
– May 16th 2014 – at 10 a.m. – “Use of artistic literature in teaching solfeggio”, lecturer Mr. Sandra Ivanovic. The seminar goal is to improve teaching in primary and secondary music school in solfeggio.
– May 23rd 2014 – at 12 o`clock – “From the classroom to the scene,” the lecturer Mr. Vladimir Markovic. The aim of the seminar is to improve the quality of teaching violin in high school and the exchange of teaching experience. The focus of this seminar is to prepare students for public performances and upcoming competitions, improving teachers` work with students through public classes with eminent teachers.
– May 30th 2014 – at 10 a.m. – “Selection of the repertoire for concerts and competitions,” the lecturer prof. Mr. Vojin Vasovic. Training of accordionteachers in primary and secondary music schools for more efficient selection of the repertoire of students in competitions and concert performances.The seminar goal is to improve the quality of teaching accordion, both in primary and in secondary music school, as well as the exchange of teaching experience. The focus of this seminar would be to showhow to prepare students for public performances and upcoming competitions. The idea is to show teachers how to improve their work with students through public classes with distinctive teachers.
All the seminars are licensed by the Pedagogical Institute of the Serb Republic. The consent to taking place of the aforementioned seminar is HERE. The organizer is the Academy of Art, Slobomir P University from Bijeljina within the TEMPUS project InMusWB.
